QUEM SOMOS:
Desde 2014, a Roberta Lídice Consultoria Jurídica, Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento atua no âmbito consultivo e preventivo, nas áreas de Gestão Pública e Empresarial, com ênfase no exercício da atividade de Ouvidoria e Participação Social, e na Gestão de Processos do Canal de Denúncias e Investigação, com foco na solução end-to-end para uma atuação efetiva do Case Management.
Nesse sentido, cumpre ressaltar que o Canal de Denúncias tem por finalidade a detecção e tratativa de casos que apresentam condutas criminosas, comportamentos antiéticos, fraudadores e detentores de informações, para que práticas e posturas que não coadunam com o Código de Conduta Ética organizacional sejam denunciadas de forma responsável e analisadas por este canal, o qual atuará na demanda apresentada, trazendo a verdade dos fatos, prevenindo riscos às instituições públicas ou privadas. Desta forma, importa destacar que faz-se necessário disseminar a cultura de integridade nas organizações, exigindo o compromisso no cumprimento de leis e regulamentos, promovendo ações de melhores práticas, buscando uma gestão mais horizontal, com atuação imparcial, a fim de mitigar potenciais conflitos. É a utilização da ciência com consciência.
Por outra parte, destaca-se também que a nossa atuação abrange a execução de projetos de pesquisas e estudos, os quais visam abordar temas jurídicos e sociais, nas esferas nacional e internacional, objetivando a produção de artigos científicos, bem como a ministração de cursos e palestras para empresas e instituições públicas ou privadas, desenvolvidos e ministrados pela autora Roberta Lídice, com a realização de trabalhos no Brasil e no exterior.
